How do I know which test I need?
You don't have to decide. You complete a comprehensive intake that a specialists reviews to understand your symptoms, history, and goals to determine whether DUTCH (hormones) or GI-MAP (gut health) is the better fit for you.
How long until I get my results?
After your test kit arrives, you'll complete it at home and mail it back. Results typically take 2-3 weeks. We'll schedule your interpretation call as soon as they're in.
What if I want coaching after I see my results?
That's exactly why we created the upgrade path. Your full $1,000 credits toward Elevate Life (our 6-month 1:1 program) if you decide to continue within 90 days. Many clients do exactly this, they want to see what's going on first, then get support implementing the changes.
Is this covered by insurance?
Functional testing isn't typically covered by insurance, but HSA/FSA funds may be eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity depending on your plan.
What's the difference between this and going to a functional medicine doctor?
Functional medicine doctors often charge $5,000-$10,000+ and give you 15-minute appointments. With Elevate Insight, you get a dedicated specialist, a full interpretation call, and a written protocol, or a fraction of the cost and significantly more time and attention.
Can I order this if I live outside the US?
Unfortunately, no. Our functional test kits can only be shipped to US addresses at this time, including APO/FPO/DPO military and diplomatic addresses. We're unable to ship internationally due to lab requirements and shipping restrictions.
