Once you’re in, we determine which labs will tell us the most about your situation, whether that’s a DUTCH hormone panel, GI mapping, or other targeted testing. This gives us the real picture of what’s actually going on.
STEP 3: Build & Begin
We take your results and build a complete custom plan around what YOUR body actually needs. Nutrition, training, lifestyle, supplements if needed. Then we work closely together over 6 months with regular check-ins, adjustments along the way.

The investment is $3,500 for the full 6-month program. That includes all of your testing (DUTCH hormone panel, GI mapping), your custom nutrition and training plan, and 6 months of 1:1 coaching with your dedicated coach.

Most clients notice changes in sleep, energy, and mood within the first few weeks. Weight loss typically starts showing up in Phase 2, once we've addressed the root issues. This isn't a crash diet. It's a process. But it's a process that actually sticks.

Most programs give you a meal plan or macros and send you on your way with occasional email or video check-ins. We start with testing so we're not guessing. We look at your hormones, your gut health, your cortisol patterns. Then we build a complete plan around YOUR data. We prioritize the relationship between you and your dedicated coach. You’re not just a number, you have a real person invested in your success.
That’s completely fine! After you enroll, you’ll fill out a detailed intake form with all your symptoms and submit any recent lab work you have. Our functional nutrition team will review everything and determine the best testing protocol for your specific situation.
Nope. The testing we do is ordered through the program, not your doctor. You don't need anyone's permission to get started. That said, I'm not replacing your doctor. If something comes up in your results that needs medical attention, I'll tell you. We work alongside your healthcare team, not instead of them.
Standard labs only show part of the picture. DUTCH testing looks at hormone METABOLISM, how your body processes hormones throughout the day. GI mapping looks at your gut microbiome, parasites, and inflammation markers your doctor never runs. “Normal” on standard labs doesn’t mean optimal.
We absolutely work with women on GLP-1s, especially if you’ve plateaued or suspect you’re malnourished. We can help optimize your nutrition and address underlying issues.
100% virtual. All of our coaching calls happen over Zoom. The testing kits get shipped directly to your house. We have clients all over the country.
Expect about 2-3 hours per week. That includes your workouts, tracking your food, and our coaching calls. It's not nothing, but it's manageable for women with full schedules.
